To Whom It May Concern: I am a 62-year old man who had an idiopathic avascular ostenoecrosis in my right hip as a boy. As a consequence I walked on crutches and put all of my weight on my left leg for over three years as a boy and, after using the crutches, most of my weight on that same leg for the following 50 years. This condition resulted in my having a right hip replacement surgery last year. More relevant to this letter, starting over ten-years ago, I developed chronic sciatica pain in my left buttock, left hamstring and into my left foot. It became so severe that I stopped all physical exercise for the last five years in order to avoid the pain. Physical exercise contributes not only to my physical health but also, and probably to a greater degree, to my emotional health. In order to address this pain I have, over the years, consulted with physicians and surgeons mostly to be ignored or given prescriptions for MRIs (which were not useful for diagnosis) and then physical therapy or chiropractic, neither of which were effective in eliminating or reducing the pain. When I met with Glenn Hensle he provided me with the most in-depth analysis of what was causing my pain and also what he could do to diminish it. Although confident in his diagnosis and intended intervention, Glenn was always calm, focused on my concerns and expressed sympathy about my situation. These are not attributes I found in the physicians and surgeons with whom I had consulted previously. Glenn provided two sessions of painless electro-acupuncture. Since those treatments I am walking four-miles daily without pain and I am now considering returning to even more strenuous exercise at the gym. Glenn Hensle is a healer you need to consult if you are in any discomfort. He is a knowledgeable, concerned and experienced professional in the realm of addressing and solving the discomfort of people. John C. Accupuncturist Glenn Hensle saved my arm. I am a cartoonist, and I draw for a living. The muscles and tendons of my right arm had become so overworked from over forty years of performing the small, repetitive movements required that the pain was chronic, and completely debilitating. I could no longer use my arm for anything, let alone drawing. So I chose Glen Hensle's name out of the phone book. Glen listened carefully and respectfully to everything I had to say, and then treated my arm. I felt noticable improvement from the very first session. I happy to say my arm is completely functional and pain-free these days. I cannot thank Hensle enough. I have recommended him to many, and will continue to do so.
